Whenever we leave the house to check the mail, go to a baby class, or travel I announce that we are going on an adventure. Julia doesn’t get as excited as I’d like at this, but maybe one day she will.
I took her at nine months to Italy for three weeks and am now, therefore, and will forever be, an expert when it comes to traveling with baby.
I advise the following:
- Breastfeeding in public is weird in all countries
- Benadryl on the plane is not a cure all for a fussy babe
- The best researched toys will never be better than tabletop items for nine-month old
Next posting will be on how to survive a family cold picked up abroad.
